The team at Flexoplas have developed state-of-the-art design technology and machinery to manufacture a range of customised plastic: low density, high density and linear polyethylene film and bags, printed or plain.
As manufacturers custom made packaging we have worked hard to achieve production standards recognised and certified by the USFDA and EU – a prerequisite for all food contact products that rely on hygiene safety guarantees for commercial viability.
Our specially constructed extrusion and conversion equipment enables us to manufacture plastic from 100mm to 2500mm in width and 150mm to 3500mm in length in a variety of thicknesses (25mu up to 250mu) and colours.
This coupled with our inline printing componentry means we can produce cost-efficient printed plastic film to meet the needs of your industry, be it medical, retail, horticultural, hospitality, foodstuff or construction. Some of our plastic products are imported; it’s important to us that we can meet demand for your high-volume, high-turnover products reliably, and our import processes guarantee this works for you.
We keep environmental concerns top of mind so you can reassure your clients and customers that the plastic bag you supply them with is imbued with degradable additive technology (TDPA) thanks to our EPI Environmental Technologies Inc. licence. This technology is not an automatic component of all our manufactured plastic but is an option we feel is vital to offer clients.
