Goods being returned to Flexoplas
Flexoplas Packaging Ltd is to be advised of all issues regarding returns.
Once Flexoplas have agreed to have goods returned please use the link below to complete a Pick-Up Request Form and return to Flexoplas by email or fax. We will advise once freight company has approval to collect.
On approval of returned goods we will credit all goods once received back into our store.
Please note if goods are returned due to an external ordering error we will credit 90 % of the goods value to cover the original cost of freight, all other costs are to be covered by sender.
N.B. Goods over three months old, opened or damaged will not be covered by returns policy.

Consignment Tracking – Within Christchurch
We operate our own delivery vehicle as well as using local carriers. Deliveries are completed on the day of order placement if received before 2.00 pm. If you are looking for a consignment phone us direct or email and we will confirm delivery time.
