Two New POR machines now ready to roll
Flexoplas Plastics now have two of the latest in POR (perforated on roll) bag making machines, with the commisioning now completed in June 2010. These are high performance roll-to-roll bag making machine is suitable for the production of precutted bottom or mix sealed bags (two side seal with perforation between). We now have the ability to make perforated bags up to 1800mm in width and unlimited lenght. Please contact our sales office for any information you require on the options available.

New Wicketter Adds Flexibilty
With the recent addition of a new Hudson and Sharp wicketter at Flexoplas Packaging, we now have the abiilty to offer a full range of Plain and Printed wicketted bags. These include standard wire wicket bags and also hot pin stacked easy find bags. We can also to offer Produce Punching, Bottom Gussetting, Fold Over Flip Top and Perforated Tear Off Flap. Carton Liners - Non Entrapment
With the latest installation of a new high speed end weld machine, Flexoplas now have the abity to supply liners with a Non Entrapment - Block Bottom Seal. These are used for lining rectangular containers, where a flat bottomed finish is required.The flat bottom reduces risk of product being trapped in creases and folds, that may normally happen with gussetted bags. Best results are achieved with liners 30 mu and above. Please contact our sales office for any information you require on the options available
